The group has introduced new Classic Plus Flight Rewards for customers to use their earned points easily with other big changes.

The expansion comes from the Australian airlines after the 2023 lawsuit against them for selling tickets for canceled flights. The Group then announced that they would focus more on their customer satisfaction and benefits. 

New Addition to the Frequent Flyer Program

  • Reward Seats: The frequent flyers will now have extensive access to more than 20 million reward seats a year through the newly introduced Frequent Flyer Program. This addition is a big win for the frequent flyer members as now they will not struggle to find seats on popular destinations during peak hours. 

Now, the members can easily travel to places like New York, Tokyo, London, and Singapore with the earned Qantas Points even during rush hour and peak time.

  • New Reward Program: The airline has introduced a new Classic Plus Flight Reward for frequent flyers with more seats available, more points than the existing one, added benefits for upgrades, and other exciting opportunities.

How to become a Qantas Frequent Flyer member?

People who are interested in Qantas Frequent Flyer Program can join online through the website or app and the frequent flyer membership is available for individuals only. 

Follow the steps to apply for the Frequent Flyer membership:

  1. Go to the website of Qantas airline at https://www.qantas.com/
  2. Next, navigate to the “Join Now” option and click on that. 
  3. Now, fill in the asked details like your personal details, contact details, etc. 
  4. Read the terms and conditions that are compiled with the Qantas Frequent Program carefully. 
  5. Pay the membership joining fee and you will become a Qantas frequent flyer member. The new members will have the one-off joining fee, which will be waived when they renew their membership.
